Vacancy : Part-time Desktop Support Analyst - Bristol

About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Desktop Support Analyst to provide support to end users in our Bristol and Dublin offices. This is a people focused role supporting the software developers creating the programming tools for PlayStation® platforms. The ideal work pattern of this position would be 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. The role is based in Bristol; no travel is anticipated.


  • First line of support for end users
  • Repairing & configuring PCs & laptops
  • Managing user & computer accounts
  • Patching software
  • Maintaining the phone system
  • Maintaining the door access system
  • Managing a call logging system


  • A level in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Any vocational IT qualifications such as MCP, CCNA, Network+

Essential skills:

  • Big company IT support experience using a call logging system
  • Good people skills
  • PC & laptop hardware
  • Windows 7, 8.1 & 10, MacOS maintenance and troubleshooting
  • MS Office suite, particularly Outlook 2010/2013
  • Network printers

Desirable skills:

  • Any experience with Linux
  • McAfee and Sophos Antivirus
  • Panasonic PBX
  • VPN
  • Prior experience of supporting software engineers


Negotiable, dependent on experience.
